Xavier Chang is the Principal Consultant and business owner at XC Consulting LLC, a management consulting firm in Miami, Florida. As an entrepreneur and business owner, Xavier has to wear many hats, often juggling several different tasks and job roles. Because of this, Xavier took on Sales without prior experience or knowledge on how to get started.

“As a new business, I didn’t have the knowledge of sales or a sales process. I’ve had to essentially learn this as I’m going”, Xavier stated, adding, “lead generation was never on my radar.”

Xavier has been using CoPilot AI for just over 60 days, and in that time, he has booked 33 meetings and gained nine warm leads (meaning they’ve raised their hand for a second follow-up call). He’s also been able to lower his cost per lead to just shy of $18. “I wouldn’t be able to achieve anywhere near this prior to CoPilot AI,” Xavier shared.

While he’s been able to measure the above results, he doesn’t have an exact estimate of how much time he has saved since being on the platform — but knows it’s a lot.
